Accessiblity Statement

On entering the front sliding door, there is access to the reception, lobby, and restaurant/bistro on the ground floor. Direct access to a meeting room, as well as private parking, is available at this level. A short-term/long-term drop-off for luggage is possible at the reception. There are two hotel buildings with a common front desk and lobby. A guest lift with a width of 700 mm (door entrance) offers access to the rooms disposed from the first to the fourth floor (Rooms disposal- floor one: 101, 102, 103; second floor: 201, 202, 203, 204, 205; third floor: 301, 302, 303, 304, 305; fourth floor: 401. 402, 403, 404, 405). 

Two guest lifts with a width of 800 mm (door entrance) offer access to the main hotel building. The guest rooms are disposed from the first to eighth floor (Rooms disposal- floor one: 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118; second floor: 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218; third floor: 311, 312, 313, 314, 315, 316, 317, 318; fourth floor: 411, 412, 413, 414, 415, 416, 417, 418; fifth floor: 511, 512, 513, 514, 515, 516; sixth floor: 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, 616; seventh floor: 711, 712, 713, 714, 715, 716; eighth floor: 811, 812, 813, 814, 815, 816). A meeting room on the ninth floor is accessible by the elevator to the eighth and another floor by stairs. 

Porterage service is not available. However, the front office is available to help with the luggage.

Upon arrival by plane, the Front Office or the Sales Department will be pleased to arrange a private transfer for guests, with advance notice and an extra charge.

The car park is available in the front and back of the hotel. Regular charges apply 24 hours 10 Euros. 

Bus parking is available in the front and up to ten places in the back. The parking space may be booked in advance (for hotel residents only) at the time of the reservation or directly via the Front Office Department (Tel: 004 021 411 99 90) with 24 hours' notice.

The nearest bus parking is at the Palace of Parliament, within 5 minutes walking distance (around 500 meters). However, for the guests traveling solo with a wheelchair, hotel parking will be available.

An EEP (Emergency Evacuation Plan) form is available in each Guest room, on the entrance door, to ensure all special safety needs are considered in the unlikely event of an emergency. 

Our Team members are First Aid trained. A First Aid kit is available on-site at the reception. 

The in-safe room is set at a low level for easy access. 

The Guest rooms' corridors and the public areas are covered by 24-hour high definition CCTV.

Reception is manned 24 hours a day. 

Room service is available to serve any Guests wishing to have meals in their rooms (the serving hours might differ- ask the reception about the functioning schedule).

The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. We do not allow emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task and do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
